Completely non-partisan, Gary uses both political parties to
illustrate classical strategic errors. He uses his radio appearance not to
promote any political agenda--or even his own products--but to familiarize
people with the principles of classical strategy that go back 2,500 years to
Sun Tzu’s
Art of War.
Gary would like to offer a FREE e-book of
Sun Tzu's Art of War to your listeners by referring them to
ScienceOfStrategy.com.
He is also a invaluable resource if the topic
is China and its strategy. In 2008, of course, a big topic is the presidential
race.
Radio hosts applaud Gary and his insights how
everyone has to work within the laws of strategy. Scroll down to read the
kinds of things they have said about him as a guest.
Though he has appeared on national television,
Gary prefers the longer, more in-depth discussions made possible by talk radio.
He prefers to work with hosts who are not afraid of controversy and who are
looking for an unconventional take on the issues of the day. Though he travels
extensively, Gary tries to give at least 2-4 interviews a day no matter where he
is.
Because of Gary's many writing, speaking, and
other commitments, Clay and Cliff from the Science of Strategy Institute help
schedule his media appearances. If you are in the media, you can reach the
Institute at our media scheduling line, 206-546-7727. You can also contact us at
toll-free number, 888-786-8987.
Barry
Farber, Talk Radio Network: “Over the past 44 years on radio I’ve
interviewed thousands of guests. Many were good. Some were great. A few were
extraordinarily great. Fewer than one guest per decade, however, penetrated
to the level I consider Highest of the High—the level where I actually
resent being on the air at the moment and wish I were at home listening, the
better to concentrate and enjoy. The latest to make that level is Gary
Gagliardi, whose translation and explanation of the wisdom of the ancient
fabled Chinese general Sun Tzu slap right up against today’s headlines and
make the most riveting kind of radio.” |
Chuck
Harder, For the People, Liberty Broadcasting: “There are some who write
about war as observers; Gary writes about the core of what war is all
about.” |
Jerry
Bowyer, WPPT: “The element that I find is most often missing from media
discussions of politics, economics and war is strategy. Gary Gagliardi has
reinvigorated the almost lost discipline of strategy. More importantly, he
has made it accessible to the American public.” |
Chuck Mraz,
Front Page, NPR: “Found Gary to be a great interview. It was
fascinating to see how Sun Tzu’s principles in The Art of War apply to the
U.S.’s war against terror and how they apply in our presidential race.”
