Aligning ClearBridge’s climate reporting with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) for the fourth year in a row, the 2022 ClearBridge TCFD Climate Report describes how we factor climate-related risks and opportunities into our investment process, including through engaging companies in our portfolios to support and accelerate their decarbonization efforts, oversight of climate risks at ClearBridge, and how ClearBridge uses net-zero alignment metrics and targets to help play our part in decarbonizing the global economy.
Through our TCFD-aligned reporting, we are indicating our commitment to addressing the challenge of climate change in our roles as active shareholders and stewards of our clients’ capital.
