Bayley is a Senior Client Portfolio Manager at ClearBridge Investments. He joined the firm in 1992 and has 34 years of investment industry experience.
Bayley joined the firm as a Vice President, Assistant Portfolio Manager at Shearson Asset Management before it was acquired by Salomon Smith Barney Asset Management where he was a Portfolio Associate. Smith Barney subsequently merged with Citigroup Asset Management and then rebranded as ClearBridge Investments. Bayley was a Client Portfolio Manager during this time. At ClearBridge, he was a Senior Investment Specialist and became a Client Portfolio Manager in 2018.
Bayley received a B.A. in political science, with an economics minor, from Michigan State University.
