Jasna is the General Counsel at ClearBridge Investments. She joined the firm in 2012 and has 19 years of investment industry experience.
Jasna joined the firm as Deputy General Counsel and became General Counsel in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she was Associate General Counsel at Franklin Templeton; Associate Counsel at Artisan Partners; Associate Attorney at Godfrey & Kahn; and Associate Attorney at Michael Best & Friedrich.
Jasna received her J.D. from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law and B.A. in business economics from Ball State University.
