ClearBridge Publishes 2026 Stewardship Report

April 29, 2026

ClearBridge Highlights How Global Insights Are Driving Stewardship Forward

We are delighted to announce the availability of ClearBridge’s 2026 Stewardship Report: Global Platform, Global Insights.

Our ninth annual report on ClearBridge’s stewardship efforts offers an in-depth view of the latest in ESG integration and sustainability investing at ClearBridge. It captures the expansion of our investment platform to include teams in Edinburgh, Leeds and Melbourne that bring valuable regional expertise and experience integrating ESG factors into their investment processes. The report shows how, together, our global investment teams are engaging with company managements and voting proxies on pressing environmental, social and governance topics at portfolio companies across the globe. We also offer our latest insights on decarbonization, critical minerals and human rights, biodiversity, responsible AI and corporate governance.

New this year, we are also pleased to present our disclosures in alignment with the U.K. Stewardship Code, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, accountability and continuous improvement in how we steward client capital.

A compendium of our recent best thinking on the impact of ESG integration and engagement and a reflection of our growing global ESG platform, ClearBridge’s 2026 Stewardship Report is also an index to topics that will dominate investment conversations in the months and years ahead.
