Investments are primarily made in large-capitalization U.S. companies but may also invest in mid-capitalization companies. The strategy is implemented by Franklin Templeton Private Portfolio Group, LLC ("FTPPG"), formerly known as Legg Mason Private Portfolio Group, LLC ("LMPPG"). FTPPG claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®). FTPPG has been independently verified for the periods January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2021.
