Brittany is a Senior Research Analyst for Health Care at ClearBridge Investments. She joined ClearBridge in 2022 and has 15 years of investment industry experience.
Prior to joining ClearBridge, Brittany worked at JP Morgan Asset Management as a Research Analyst focused on core equity, medical supplies & devices, and life science tools. Previously, she was a Research Analyst at Evercore ISI, focused on medical supplies & devices. Brittany started her career at Deutsche Bank Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst, before moving into a Research Analyst role, covering medical supplies & devices.
Brittany received a B.A. in English from Spelman College.
Brittany’s key ESG considerations in the health care sector include addressing unmet medical needs; governance (especially capital allocation and executive compensation); enabling research and products that improve health care outcomes; medical devices safety and efficacy; ethical sales and marketing practices; enabling diverse representation in clinical trials; humane treatment of animals used in clinical research and testing; medical devices pricing and access.
