Erich is a Portfolio Manager on the Small Cap Strategy at ClearBridge Investments. He joined the firm in 2005 and has 21 years of investment industry experience.
Erich was most recently a Senior Portfolio Analyst supporting the Small Cap Strategy and was named a Portfolio Manager in 2026. Erich began his tenure as a Market Intelligence Associate at Legg Mason Capital Management, which completed its integration into ClearBridge in 2014. He also held Research Analyst and Security Analyst roles at Legg Mason Capital Management.
Erich received a B.S. in business administration and psychology from Washington and Lee University and is a CFA® charterholder
