Mary Jane is a Portfolio Manager on the Sustainability Leaders Strategy and the Head of ESG at ClearBridge Investments. She joined the firm in 1996 and has 30 years of investment industry experience.

Mary Jane has been with the ESG Investment program since 1996. She also served as a Senior Research Analyst and became a Portfolio Manager on ClearBridge’s ESG strategies in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mary Jane was a Business Unit Analyst at Smith Barney.

Mary Jane serves on the Board of Directors for Net Impact and also serves on the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) Advisory Committee for the Listed Equities Working Group.

Mary Jane received an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in finance from Fordham University.
